Grasping C2C

I deplore acronyms for the reason that they omit the critical information that is contained in the actual words. B2B (business to business), B2C (business to consumer), SEO (search engine optimization), SMO (social media optimization), and lastly C2C (consumer to consumer). What? Never heard of that last one? You’re not alone. In fact, most businesses intentionally ignore C2C. Why would they bother? But… this is the root mechanism behind social marketing. Read more…
